All orders above 50 USD are shipped free of cost.
All in-stock items are shipped via UPS within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items purchased during weekend may take up to 72 hours. During promotions and holidays, this might be subjected to extension due to high volumes of shipping. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday. If you have any questions on your order or shipping in general, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. You will be notified in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should there be any unexpected delay thereafter, we will notify you within 10 days of placing your order.

All our products ship from within the US. Our in-stock items can be shipped to Canada via International carriers. Note that brokerage fees, import taxes and/or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier, and are the responsibility of the customer. Your order should arrive approximately 7-12 days from the time of delivery.

Damage in Transit
In case you received an item that was damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and will take care of it immediately. Please send an email to us at email@example.com with photos and explanation of circumstances. Once reviewed, we will get the replacement on its way to you as quickly as possible.
All our products are handcrafted and made to show desirable imperfections, a hallmark of handmade products. Nonetheless, if you feel there is a defect or flaw, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of delivery receipt. Please be sure to include pictures. Once reviewed, we will notify you of next steps. Without order receipt, we are unable to exchange or return items.
We make returns super easy!
If you are unhappy with your purchase, items can be returned within 10 days of purchase, in original condition and packaging, for a full refund of the item amount, less shipping charges, credited back to the original form of purchase within 7-10 business days.

- Your Order number or Tracking number of your shipment
- Item # / Item name
- Condition of the item (ex: Brand New Sealed, Open Box New, Used, Defective)
- The reason for your return
- Please indicate whether you would like an exchange, store credit or a refund.
If you happen to purchase an item that is on sale now, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if your order date is within 24 hours of the sale offering. However, items purchases using a different discount are not eligible for price adjustment.
If the order was marked as gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we'll only be able to give a gift credit for the value of your returned item.Once reviewed, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
