Carla R. While I find this cheese knife set very attractive, the cutting edges are not at all sharp. They are not much different than the edges on the spreaders (equivalent to a butter knife. The handles and overall weight are nice. I wouldn’t recommend the cheese knife set, but the cheese spreader set is nice.
