Everything you need to know about our handcrafted flatware.

It is important to wash your flatware before you use it for the first time. Wash your flatware soon after eating, as prolonged contact with certain foods, detergents and mineral salts in tap water can cause pitting and staining. For complete information on how to care for your flatware, refer to the Use & Care section of our website.

Yes, all our flatware is Dishwasher Safe, but being an artisanal handcrafted product, it needs little pampering and precautions during Dishwashing.

We only use 18/8 High Grade Stainless Steel for hand forging ALL our flatware and serveware. We finish the handles in Burnt Black which is a highly durable food safe Patina, Antique Copper and Vintaged Gold finishes are high quality layer of Electro Plating with a layer of food safe durable lacquer. Nascent Steel finish is without finishing, just raw steel finish as it comes out of 4 cleaning processes.

Generally, Inox Artisans is unable to change the shipping address once an order has been finalized. You may email care@inoxflatware.com to see if an address change is possible. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.

We will process your order within 1-3 business days. Then, depending on the shipping method chosen, your shipment will usually take 2-7 business days to arrive. Our FREE shipping takes up to 7 days for transit.

Inox Artisans assures that your purchases are processed safely. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) from GeoTrust, which protects data transferred over the internet using encryption enabled by a server's SSL certificate.

Inox Artisans are making a difference. It is eco-logical! To reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, we have designed a new 100% post-consumer recycled cardboard box without a plastic lid, replaced nylon tying cables with biodegradable twist ties, and we print with vegetable-based inks without lamination. To reduce our transportation footprint, we also significantly reduced the size and weight of the packaging itself.
