The wares are great and the shipping is quick, however in the case of needing CS I’d be very hesitant to ever buy from this shop again. I was accidentally shipped the wrong order, so I immediately contacted CS via messages and asked for assistance. I was told my correct items would be shipped out the next work day and no further instruction. Eleven days later, I contacted CS again to ask if there was a tracking number for my actual items, and they informed me there was a warehouse issue and they’d send me info soon along with a shipping label TO SEND THE WRONG ITEMS TO THEIR APPROPRIATE CUSTOMER. First of all, sharing an address is illegal due to privacy reasons, second of all, I’ve never heard of a company asking the customer to ship incorrect items for them. I am happy with my wares, but yikes on the customer service guys.
