Don't expect any customer service if you have even a small issue with your item(s)
I liked the set upon arrival then noticed some damage/stains on a piece. Attempts to write to two different customer service emails resulted in bounceback/fail. ??? Found a third email which worked and the "CEO" responded. I was promised a replacement would be sent. After about 4 more exchanges where I continued to be promised it would be sent, I realized this was not going to happen and I had to go to my credit card for some restitution in the matter. Obviously will not order from here again.
