These spoons are so attractive and you can never have too many spoons!

The order was out of stock so I cancelled the order. Seller will not recognize that it was cancelled even though the message feeds shows it was. They sent it weeks later. Keeps arguing that I never cancelled the order. I can return but at my cost. Ridiculous!

The wares are great and the shipping is quick, however in the case of needing CS I’d be very hesitant to ever buy from this shop again. I was accidentally shipped the wrong order, so I immediately contacted CS via messages and asked for assistance. I was told my correct items would be shipped out the next work day and no further instruction. Eleven days later, I contacted CS again to ask if there was a tracking number for my actual items, and they informed me there was a warehouse issue and they’d send me info soon along with a shipping label TO SEND THE WRONG ITEMS TO THEIR APPROPRIATE CUSTOMER. First of all, sharing an address is illegal due to privacy reasons, second of all, I’ve never heard of a company asking the customer to ship incorrect items for them. I am happy with my wares, but big yikes on the customer service.
