Lovely to look at and good weight but black stainless coating came off on hands and guide had to many use don’t do’s for care. Returned product.

Nice Ridge flatware and excellent customer service

The Ridge flatware set is elegant and rustic. Because each piece is handmade so no two are exactly the same, and you can see variations from them. The set I bought has black handles but not coated with black paint, although they do look like painted before in dishwasher.

One of the piece in my set has a handle of a different pattern. I called the customer service and a replacement was sent quickly. Thanks!

Great Process

Inox Ridge Flatware Review

It is lovely, looks great on the table, is sturdy and with the flat back side to the knives, sits securely on one's plate. I appreciate the quality and the craftmanship. The storage bags are a nice addition in case I need to store them. Exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate that I was told what not to use in the dishwasher, which could cause blemishes on the silverware. Couldn't be more pleased!
