I ordered 6 sets and in one set, received two small forks instead on one small and one large. I called and spoke to a pleasant representative that quickly remedied the issue by sending another large fork.

Ordered the Sundance set, which looks great upon arrival. However, shipment of the product prior to our receipt went a bit crazy with delays and misrouting. When the package did finally arrive, it was a bit banged up, but the product was intact. I can’t fault Inox specifically, but it did hurt the buying experience. We would absolutely purchase from them again, but I’d still be worried about the carrier services from there only based on this experience.
I purchased this set a few years ago and they are still looking like new. The copper does now wear off like other flatware sets I’ve tried. You will be thrilled with this flatware set!
