Don't order these unless you want rusty flatware.

We bought two of the 5pc settings and all of the flat ware handles started rusting after being washed in the dishwasher. We emailed and talked to the provider and they said they were going to send a label so we could send the flatware back and they could look at them. They didn't and they won't replace the rusty flatware nor will they refund our money. Their quality guarantee is a lie. They say they will stand behind their products and don't. They blame us for using the flatware as recommended. They sell defective flatware.

Rust, Rust, Rust

I purchased two sets of this flatware. They were great for the first month. We washed them in the dishwasher, as instructed. Then, tiny dots of rust started to show. After several more washings, the handles were fully rusted. I contacted customer service and after several emails back and forth, a man named Vijay Maheshwari, who identified as CEO, asked for some photos. I sent them then he said he would send me a shipping label. He never did. After emailing him again several times, I called. He said that it must have been my fault and I must of washed them in acid. I kid you not. Why would anyone do that? Then he said there was nothing he could do even though the warranty on his website says they "industry-leading 25-year stainless steel and 1-year quality warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship". So now I am stuck with rusted out, useless flatware. Never buy from this company.

Utterly Baffled

I was on a quest to find flatware similar to a set I received as a wedding gift, well over a decade ago, from a now-defunct store. This set from Inox seemed about as close as I could find.

Momma didn't raise a fool, so I ordered one set to try it out and put it through the paces (I'd like to mention a lot of other sites will offer a sample piece, often with a manufacturing defect, rather than require you to purchase a 5 piece set and pay for shipping, but no, not Inox).

On the positive side, the 5 piece set I purchased was great! Fast shipping, accurate tracking, cute packaging. The flatware seems well-made, free from defects, feels very comfortable to hold and use, and has an excellent heft to it. This stuff doesn't feel like something aunt bought from a chain store and passed on to you when she bought real silverware. Used the flatware multiple times, ran it through the dishwasher multiple times, no signs of wear or tear.

A couple of weeks later, all systems go, time to pony up and get some adult flatware. But, now that I already had to buy a full set to try it out, I have to choose between buying single sets and paying more or buying in sets of 4 and having a stupid number. So now I have 13 place settings.

Much like the first set, my second purchase shipped and arrived quick... As I opened and washed the sets over the next few days (I didn't want to jam up the dishwasher with 4x the amount I'd normally put in there), I noticed a lot of the forks had bent tines that required correcting. After running the dishwasher and pulling the flatware out after the drying cycle, I've noticed a decent number of the utensils are already showing signs of rust. It's not severe enough that a little bit of scrubbing and TLC won't clean them back up, but it's definitely not what I saw with the first set that I purchased. If the other 12 were as great as the first set, this stuff would be absolutely fantastic. As is, I'm honestly giving it about another week before I switch back to my cheapo chain store pieces that aren't bent up and don't rust while I go back to my search for quality flatware.

Also, expect relentless emails from Inox titled "You have to see this", which are just pandering for reviews and offering a $3 'refund' for doing so (I'd also like to point out that three bucks isn't even half the cost to ship a single set of flatware).

Outstanding!!

Received your product and I must say, I am very impressed. The quality is excellent. And one thing I really like is the weight. It just feels "GOOD" to hold the product in my hands. Good job. BTW, your website is awesome!! Thanks again.
