It’s that time of year, again, when we welcome the magical colors and textures of the fall season into our homes. Vases once brimming with fresh flowers are now filled with fall foliage. We bring out our snuggly knit throw blankets and soft, velvety cushions. Fall is all about being cozy!
You’ve transformed your living room into a cozy cocoon, but what about your dining room? It’s the perfect place to embrace the season's warm hues, coziness, and charm. At INOX Artisans we love autumn because nothing brings out those cozy fall vibes better than a set of beautiful copper silverware. Of course, any rustic flatware will bring in the charm, but metallic hues like gold, bronze, and copper hues bring an extra touch of seasonal glam to your dining spaces. And to show you what we mean, we’ve put together 3 fall table settings that ramp up those cozy fall vibes.
Wood and White Harvest Fall Table
Centerpiece: White pumpkins always add a glamorous touch to autumn decorating! We love how these beautiful white and gold ceramic pumpkins contrast with this fall tablescape's large chunky wooden candlesticks. Dried wheat stems and autumn leaves add more natural textures and warm seasonal colors.
Place setting: For this sophisticated fall place setting a crisp white napkin wrapped with twine and adorned with wheat stems, complements the centerpiece. A dotted white contemporary dishware adds more texture to the setting.
Copper flatware: A classic design, the Camellia copper silverware set showcases round organic handles. Finished in warm antique copper, the utensils are hand-polished to a brilliant shine for a look that is both rustic and luxe. In interior decorating and table styling circles, you’ll often hear that silverware is like jewelry for your table. Camellia with its well-balanced handles in a warm metallic copper finish is truly the jewelry for this fall table. The beautiful heirloom-quality Camellia pattern is also available in vintage gold.
To get this look: Along with wanting to showcase our glam white pumpkins, we decided to use the timeless combination of white and wood. According to House and Home, this classic pairing is perfect anywhere in the home and we couldn’t agree more. It serves as an ideal starting point because it’s neutral enough to balance other colors and complement any decorating style.
Nature-Inspired Rustic Place Setting
Centerpiece: Adding natural elements enhances this fall table's seasonal charm. Instead of the usual foraged leaves, pinecones, and acorns, we opted for simple faux greens and a tumble of walnuts.
Place setting: An elegant scalloped plate with decorative details is the ideal contrast to the wooden table and cinnamon-colored napkin. To offset the decorative plate a classic crystal stem wine glass.
Copper flatware: A true one-of-a-kind, the distinctive Celia copper flatware design features round handles that widen into flattened ends. The textural details of this handcrafted rustic flatware are delightful to hold and the antique copper finish brings a warm, inviting glow to this nature-inspired fall table setting.
To get this look: A walk in the park on a crisp fall day was the inspiration for this tablescape. Surrounded by evergreens, there was an old oak tree at the end of our path with squirrels gathering acorns from the ground. We chose walnuts because of their hard, woody shells but you could add other hard woody nuts, like almonds and hazelnuts. The greenery consists of faux pine picks, and if you have a long table, a garland would also be a great addition. To achieve a truly organic look, consider using handmade ceramic plates and cups alongside the handcrafted copper silverware – a charming complement to this rustic fall tablescape.
Fun Fall Harvest Table
Centerpiece: A fun and simple tribute to the fall harvest. We placed a favorite wooden bowl in the center and tossed in some fresh broccoli stems for a touch of green. Flank the bowl with red apples and there you have it – a quick and easy centerpiece to honor the harvest.
Place setting: A scalloped white plate with floral details is topped with a sage green napkin. Our rustic leaf napkin holder is the only fall foliage treatment for this cozy fall table.
Copper flatware: The 5-piece Twig copper flatware set features twig-like handles. Handle ends have a distinctive diagonal cut, like fresh-cut branches from the garden! The knife has a gently curved handle for ease of use. If you’re thinking this nature-inspired antique copper silverware set was tailor-made for the fall season, we couldn’t agree more. However, customers tell us they enjoy using their Twig rustic flatware for alfresco summer dining.
To get this look: We love the ease and simplicity of this tablescape and so will you. What better way to put the focus of dinner on the food and conversation? While fall foliage is beautiful, the color palette isn’t for everybody. We opted for sage green linens but if you’re more partial to blues and whites, that would be a great choice also. When it comes to paying tribute to fall harvests, there are many foods you could use for your centerpiece including cranberries, pomegranates, pears, yams, broccoli, turnips, and parsnips.
Add to the ambiance: Nothing brings out the warm glow of rustic copper flatware better than candlelight. For this harvest tribute, you can create tealight holders using apples, squash, turnips, or mini pumpkins.
We hope these fall tablescapes have inspired cozy fall vibes! We invite you to explore our complete collection of copper flatware.

Frequently asked questions about our copper silverware
Are the handles of your copper silverware made of solid copper?
No, our artisan-made cutlery is crafted from stainless steel. Stainless steel is a non-toxic metal used for many things, including flatware, cookware, and water bottles.
To create the copper-finished handles, artisans submerge the stainless steel handles in an electroplating bath. A pure copper wire acts as an anode while the silverware handles act as the cathode. The electrolyte solution completes the circuit and the flow of electricity allows copper particles to go and deposit on the surface of the handles.
Copper electroplating is used in many industries and the process we use is comparable to what they use in jewelry making.
Can I put my copper-handled silverware in the dishwasher?
Our copper flatware is designed for everyday use and is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend that you avoid harsh or citric-based detergents. The 18/8 stainless steel used in our flatware can endure high heat; however, prolonged exposure to acidic foods and detergents could cause the stainless steel to corrode and discolor.
To maintain the pristine condition of your artisanal flatware, here are things you should avoid:
Don’t use scouring pads and steel wool on the flatware. They can scratch your silverware.
Harsh cleaners and scrub pads used together will damage the surface and alter the copper finish!
Never leave cutlery unwashed after contact with acidic foods. Prolonged contact can cause discoloration, corrosion, or pitting.
Don’t soak your silverware overnight.
Things to do when caring for your copper flatware:
Do rinse promptly after use.
Hand wash with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth or soft sponge.
Dry your cutlery thoroughly.
To wash between cracks and crevices, use a soft-bristled brush.
