I was disappointed

The cheese tools arrived quickly and are lovely. However the stainless portion of the tools are very scratched and look used. I know they are artisan made and I can appreciate some normal flaws frond handmade items but this is way more than that. These are a gift for someone else and I will not give them. I want a replacement.
