Do not order from them. I placed an order 3/13, they've pushed my delivery date back 3 times. When I tried to reach out to them via email I receive an "undeliverable" message. When I tried to use the chat feature on their website the person stopped answering after they asked for my order number.

A fork was bent and there was an imperfection in the steel. I compared this set to my Yamazaki and old Yamazaki was better made.

Great customer service, beautiful silverware
The customer service from Inox was really great. Love the silverware, but know that since it is hand forged, everything won’t be uniform and colors may be a bit different among pieces
