I purchased two sets of this flatware and have been using it for about a year. It is beautiful. But the black paint starting coming off about 2 months ago and now it won't stop. I love the style of this flatware, but it is not made for every day use. I suggest that Inox discontinue this style and offer a credit towards another purchase for those of us who purchased it already.
I had ordered a flatware set that I absolutely loved. Unfortunately it had a flaw and when I contacted the company and spoke with Shiv my issue was addressed immediately. It was a pleasure doing business and I look forward to enjoying my purchase.
The item arrived promptly. The box that the silverware is in has some dust- like marks on the box and smells a bit musty like it has been in a basement. The silverware seems fine.
We absolutely love our new flatware! Going from our old silver, bland eating utensils to these makes dinner something to look forward to. The are heavy duty, well made and the black handles make them unique and very artistic. We are already planning to add a few more place settings!
