This seller is a thief who purports to be the INOX company when in fact he is an Indian named Vijay selling fake product. I placed 2 orders and immediately upon receiving the first order, it was a subpar copy. For example, you can tell the color of the etching is wrong, and the forks don’t even have the same number of spokes as the picture. They arrived in a dirty box with a bad smell. I notified the seller that upon receiving the second order, I would return both. It has now been a week since he received the returns and he is being miserable about a refund. He is trying to claim the first more expensive order is outside of the return window when I told him I would be returning both sets together. So far, he has stolen $180 from me in addition to return shipping with his fake silverware. He should be a defendant in court.
The set is just beautiful. Very well made, with nice details. It came in a cute packaging and fast. I am looking forward to many years of enjoying it! Thank you
