Ingredients
- 1 (5.2-ounce) package of Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs spreadable cheese
- 16-ounce jar of roasted yellow and red peppers
- ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped nuts, olives, dried fruit, desired
Preparation Instructions
- Remove the peppers from the jar and slice them into thin strips
- Unwrap the cheese and place it on a serving dish or set it on your charcuterie board
- Scatter the pepper strips generously over and around the cheese
- Drizzle the cheese and peppers with extra virgin olive oil
- Add crackers, crusty bread, nuts, dried fruit, and olives
Variations: For a cheese platter, add fresh apple slices and hazelnuts. As an appetizer, this spread is delicious on Melba toast with sun-dried tomato slices.
